Due to the nature of the services provided, all bookings and purchases are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated.

Missed Appointments

Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

Exceptions

In rare cases, exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
